Discover the flavours of a Finnish Christmas at Raahen Hovi in Raahe. Our Christmas buffet brings together traditional festive dishes, local fish and seasonal desserts for a meal to enjoy with friends, family or colleagues.

Start with cured salmon, local smoked whitefish, juniper-marinated Baltic herring and a selection of salads, including smoked reindeer and potato salad. Christmas bread and potato flatbread complete the starter selection.

The main course buffet features traditional Christmas ham roasted in-house, Hovi’s cognac mustard, turkey fillet with blackcurrant compote, and Finnish carrot and swede casseroles. Potatoes with herb butter and roasted sweet potato wedges are served alongside.

Finish with apple and cinnamon mousse, Finnish Christmas pastries, chocolates, and coffee or tea.
