Raahe's Long Table Dinner brings people together to enjoy local flavors, performing arts, and good company on a warm August evening. The event invites everyone to gather around a long communal table to savor the northern tastes – whether you're sampling dishes from local food vendors or enjoying your own picnic basket.
You are welcome to come alone, with friends, colleagues, or your family! Rantatori Square offers 160 seats at the long table. After your meal, please make room for others if the table is full.
The event was first held in Oulu in 2024, and now it’s Raahe’s turn to host Long Table Dinner! The event concept is part of the Oulu2026 European Capital of Culture program and the main event of Arctic Food Lab.

Join as a food vendor
Food vendor, come and be part of creating the most delicious event of the summer! You can sell dishes on site, or you can sell take away portions or picnic baskets from your own nearby premises for event participants to enjoy.
Pricing for food operator registration:
- Vendor spot at Rantatori for companies €60 + electricity
- Vendor spot at Rantatori for associations €30 + electricity
- Participation from your own premises, marketing fee €30

Arrival: We recommend arriving on foot, by bicycle, or by public transportation. The Raahe bus station is about 850 meters from Rantatori.
Parking: Free parking is available nearby.
Accessible Parking: Rantatori is fully accessible. Designated accessible parking spots are available at all parking areas.
