Night of the Arts has been celebrated in Raahe for more than 30 years. This lively city festival opens the door to creative surprises and inspiring cultural experiences, showcasing the rich diversity of art, performances, and local talent throughout the town.

The programme includes Kesäillan kattaus (Long table Dinner), a communal outdoor dining event at Rantatori Square, free guided tours organised by Raahe’s local guides, as well as music, art workshops, lectures and opportunities to meet artists. In addition, Raahe’s museums and designer Ritva-Liisa Pohjalainen’s "Touch of Beauty" exhibition will stay open with extended opening hours. In 2026, Raahe’s Night of the Arts will take place on 14 August.

Night of Arts is part of the official Oulu2026 European Capital of Culture programme.
