Ulkopauha Island

Ulkopauha Island has rocky shores and is surrounded by shoals, so landing is challenging. The island is approximately 900 m long and 170 m wide. The island is mostly covered by hardwood forest, and it includes highly representative dry heaths. Ulkopauha includes the Raahe Fishermen’s Association’s hut open to the public and a campfire site.
